MSP Healthcare Recruitment is based out of Boston, Massachusetts and is the brainchild of Mimi To and Mark St. Peter. As founders, Mimi has 15+ years of experience working in healthcare in different roles from front, back, and clinical staff. Now she is practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Mark has over 17 years of experience working in sales and has dealt with many healthcare organizations on different levels of services. Together their goal is to help bridge the gap between healthcare organizations and candidates. They hope to help alleviate the staffing burden in healthcare, burnouts, and help connect jobseekers with their desired career jobs.
